Anasin Gill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc Kronecker kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match 江震延 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Auer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dayanidhi Mondol's late challenge caught a Austria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dayanidhi Mondol helped the player get up and apologised. Dayanidhi Mondol kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Clanfield's Adolfo Festas. But to his dismay, Adolfo Festas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 36 played minutes Clanfield got a freekick which was hit by Dayanidhi Mondol. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Festas in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Marc Kronecker hit a great ball. After 68 minutes, Adolfo Festas made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Austria's Fabio Auer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. During the 72nd minute of the match Marc Kronecker completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Clanfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Festas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anasin Gill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Austria's Sandro Galishoff got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Festas came free, but Fabio Auer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Auer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adolfo Festas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Clanfield played a much better game than Austria and deserved their victory. The Austria players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
