With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastián Dikaté in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Província's Vice Alilović got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Vice Alilović left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Província fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Província's Paulo Caneças played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Lima Clemente in the 26th minute. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Província's Sebastián Dikaté fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulo Caneças took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Caneças saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Caneças stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Província's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Paulo Caneças reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastián Dikaté stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Província's Sebastián Dikaté sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Dikaté in the 52nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Hegedus Henrik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Paulo Caneças was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Dikaté in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Província got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Lima Clemente ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Paulo Caneças in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Balazs Lajos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vítor Quilempan kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when Província was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregório Pepetela didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Caneças narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vice Alilović in the 70th minute of the match. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Caneças read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yaro Opabunmi during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Província was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaro Opabunmi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 74 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastián Dikaté took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 82nd minute Sebastián Dikaté shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sebastián Dikaté had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Província's goalkeeper Paulo Caneças had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Dikaté in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Província's Paulo Caneças got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastián Dikaté's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The Província support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
