The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Henry Robiquet hit a great ball. Guillermo Errapel hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Mechita F.C's Alessio Treglia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 16th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Camille Baume who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mechita F.C's Alessio Treglia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessio Treglia was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, France's Camille Baume sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alessio Treglia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Rafel in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Mechita F.C. Guillermo Errapel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maxime Durand. 1-0. In the 30th match minute, Mechita F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Rafel to maneuver through the defense. Alessio Treglia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Peletier's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Mechita F.C's Alessio Treglia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 35th minute of play. When Camille Baume came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camille Baume couldn't finish the play. Alessio Treglia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabio Sazon kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. France's Camille Baume got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alessio Treglia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillermo Errapel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Chaime during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Frank Peletier took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alessio Treglia to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Mechita F.C's zone, Camille Baume stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessio Treglia came out of the goal and Camille Baume tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mechita F.C's Nicolas Baristo was substituted for Guillermo Errapel. A collision led to Mechita F.C getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Fabio Sazon hit a great ball. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Mechita F.C's Edelmiro Velasco. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Velasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Henry Robiquet tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Maxime Durand. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-1 in the 70th minute. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Rafel in the 72nd minute of play. Alessio Treglia made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. France were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Mechita F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Barbier took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 79th minute of play forced Mechita F.C's goalkeeper Alessio Treglia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mechita F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Frank Peletier scored to the left of an out of position Alessio Treglia, making the score, 3-3. After a rather tough play, Mechita F.C's Victoriano Gaitano got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Mechita F.C players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
