After taking down the ball on Mercedes's corner Fabian Ascencio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. Mercedes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anier Mon in the 21st minute. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Augusto Ellande threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Takacs Tibor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mercedes's Augusto Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 72nd minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Takacs Tibor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mercedes's Augusto Ellande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes from getting a goal against them. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mercedes's goalie prevented a goal.
