The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, vengadores Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Mariano Lepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Orland Balda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim, 1-0. Graciano Coutinho took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Lepe. Mariano Lepe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mariano Lepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 19th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Andrade. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orland Balda in the 24th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Fidel Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Orland Balda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. If Orland Balda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, vengadores Fc's Wilson Amorim threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orland Balda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Orland Balda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. vengadores Fc's Teofil Jenkot managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fabricio Andrade in the 37 minute of the game. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Graciano Coutinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. vengadores Fc's Orland Balda was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 45th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orland Balda was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orland Balda in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the game, vengadores Fc's Orland Balda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. The supporters of Portugal booed when vengadores Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Orland Balda with Hugo Canor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, vengadores Fc's Mariano Lepe got control of the ball when Daniel Pimentel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Daniel Pimentel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mariano Lepe made a huge save. In the 72nd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Canor struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for vengadores Fc. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Pio went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. After 79 minutes of play, vengadores Fc's Igor Pio made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Igor Pio notched a goal, 7-3, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabricio Andrade during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Igor Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabricio Andrade hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Igor Pio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for vengadores Fc.
