In the 7th match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Gil to maneuver through the defense. Rainer Nõmmeots took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tony Guimarães. C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paulinho Gonçalves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. C. A. Atlanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Paulinho Gonçalves scored to the left of an out of position Tony Guimarães, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho Gonçalves in the 17th minute of play forced C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Gonçalves in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Estación Q.'s Paulinho Gonçalves ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tony Guimarães. Tony Guimarães yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With a little luck, C. A. Atlanta's Tony Guimarães got control of the ball when Paulinho Gonçalves tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Paulinho Gonçalves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tony Guimarães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C. A. Atlanta's Tony Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Abadia in the 36th minute of play. Hector Abadia took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Guimarães. Tony Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Paulinho Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estación Q.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Paulinho Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Guimarães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tony Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Gonçalves in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s Paulinho Gonçalves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Guimarães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute Eliseo Sasoin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Nihat Yıldıray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Artizar hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Primo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Apolo Artizar made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sixto Manilan however managed to control. Tony Guimarães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeo Lesardo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Hector Abadia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estación Q.'s Aurelio Mincho was substituted for Ziya Özcakir. In the 63rd match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Artizar to maneuver through the defense. C. A. Atlanta's Besart Toto was substituted for Apolo Artizar. In the 64th match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Artizar to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Rio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C. A. Atlanta made a substitution. Constantino Bertol replaced Teodoro Primo. Estación Q.'s Ferenc Puskás was substituted for Tadeo Lesardo. In the 81st minute of the match Estación Q. got a corner. C. A. Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rainer Nõmmeots ran over to the corner to take the kick. When C. A. Atlanta's Constantino Bertol in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estación Q.'s goalie prevented a goal. Tony Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferenc Puskás, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Mincho came free, but Tony Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Bertol got free with Arif Nihat Yıldıray in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Estación Q.'s Arif Nihat Yıldıray got control of the ball when Eliseo Sasoin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tony Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Puskás in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Estación Q.'s Ferenc Puskás made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tony Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferenc Puskás in the 97th minute of the match.
