In the 4th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Mascia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clovis Hénot in the 6th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Cosimo Mascia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noureddine Sanchis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnout Reekers came out and tried to block the shot, but Noureddine Sanchis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clovis Hénot in the 29th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosimo Mascia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 30th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Milan Froněk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mathijn Doctor hit a great ball. Milan Froněk kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noureddine Sanchis to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Clovis Hénot came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clovis Hénot, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noureddine Sanchis in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 59th minute. With a little luck, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Cosimo Mascia got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Lars Meesters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Meesters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosimo Mascia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noureddine Sanchis went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Cosimo Mascia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Cosimo Mascia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clovis Hénot in the 84th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
