In the 19th minute Tansel Aydemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarper Kürşat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin scored 2-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sarper Kürşat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şahin Kocakalp in the 70th minute of play. A hard shot 74 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Sarper Kürşat managed to make a qualified save. ...'s players were relieved. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot.
