Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Samuele Kunz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felice Del Monaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 7 minutes into the game, Felice Del Monaco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hias Nüssli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute Felice Del Monaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuele Kunz got free with Armando Mansueto in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute Felice Del Monaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Mansueto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrico Nelli in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Spirito Vincente's Enrico Nelli pulled a muscle in his leg after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Levi von Herren charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Levi von Herren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Levi von Herren hit a great ball. Ettore Federici blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel got a free kick in the 25th minute. Felice Del Monaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Spirito Vincente's Ettore Federici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alex Di Gennaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ettore Federici stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ettore Federici who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Hias Nüssli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Spirito Vincente booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fridolin Neumeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Ettore Federici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Di Gennaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Carter Pierucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spirito Vincente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. A collision led to Spirito Vincente getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Carter Pierucci hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Ettore Federici ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Levi von Herren kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Jacinto Maurer hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuele Kunz to maneuver through the defense. Armando Mansueto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo von Känel in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Federici came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carter Pierucci kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Jacinto Maurer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Switzerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Maurer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 minutes, Federico Wiesendanger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Switzerland and the Spirito Vincente players grew even worse after the yellow card. Federico Wiesendanger kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Chants of Spirito Vincente echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Switzerland had held the ball for most of the match.
