Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomás Avellaneda started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clemente Artizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Chris Nygaard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denmark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Manuel Gutierrez hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Tomás Avellaneda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albiceleste F.C.'s Clemente Artizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Steen in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Avellaneda. Lars Steen hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 35 minutes in the game Manuel Gutierrez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joel Mambru. 36 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Clemente Artizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Denmark's Chris Nygaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Artizar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Reynaldo Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Clemente Artizar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertram Svenningsen's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Svenningsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertram Svenningsen scored 1-3 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clemente Artizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Albiceleste F.C. booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Nygaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Albiceleste F.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Joel Mambru hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Denmark's Chris Nygaard tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Manuel Gutierrez hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Kenn Skou made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Albiceleste F.C.'s Froilan Soter. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Tomás Avellaneda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Tomás Avellaneda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen in 84 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Clemente Artizar guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Clemente Artizar stood somewhat misplaced when Bertram Svenningsen came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 84 minute. After 88 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cosme Justin who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Albiceleste F.C.'s Joel Mambru got a free kick in the 90th minute. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Kenn Skou hit a great ball. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
