In the 22nd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Donato charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doni Donato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Time Pipoqueiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Donato to maneuver through the defense. Dorival Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Xande Xande tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Vörös Henrik hit a great ball. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronald Mc Donald was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Dorival Travassos in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Bastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Dorival Travassos made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Time Pipoqueiro defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorival Travassos. The Time Pipoqueiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorival Travassos should have stopped the shot. Time Pipoqueiro's Zé do Valle was substituted for Xande Xande. A collision led to Time Pipoqueiro getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Douglas Douglas hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Major Barna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dorival Travassos, 0-3. 72 minutes into the match, Time Pipoqueiro's goalkeeper Dorival Travassos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. In the 76th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorival Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 81st minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Fernando Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dorival Travassos made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé do Valle in the 94th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Time Pipoqueiro's Dorival Travassos got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
