Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Leão in the 7th minute of the match. Menang Kalah Tawuran's Marius Popa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Menang Kalah Tawuran's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Marius Popa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marius Popa saved Menang Kalah Tawuran from getting behind. Marius Popa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 25 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Vörös Henrik. After 27 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Leão in the 28th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Marius Popa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when Menang Kalah Tawuran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abu Gosoc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
