Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Cox started the match with the kick off. Fred Cardozo charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Cardozo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fred Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Caelan Hayes's late challenge caught a Inazuma Japan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caelan Hayes helped the player get up and apologised. Caelan Hayes hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Kyle Cox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Vieira was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Inazuma Japan's Joel Magalhães dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Micah Macdonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Vieira having to interfere. Zé Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When England's Kyle Cox in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inazuma Japan's goalie prevented a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Inazuma Japan's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Macdonald came free, but Zé Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Micah Macdonald struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Zé Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joaquim Maranhense fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inazuma Japan's protests and gave Joaquim Maranhense a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes Inazuma Japan got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Maranhense. In the 33rd minute, Issac Dawson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 36th minute of play forced Inazuma Japan's goalkeeper Zé Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Silva in the 38th minute of play. Kyle Cox struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Zé Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 54th minute Micah Macdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inazuma Japan's Zé Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, England's Caelan Hayes got a free kick in the 57th minute. Micah Macdonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Inazuma Japan getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Paulo Renato Paiva hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Cooper Thompson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, England's Issac Dawson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Zé Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Inazuma Japan's Cleiton Teles got a free kick in the 73rd minute. England's Micah Macdonald got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inazuma Japan's goalkeeper Zé Vieira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Caelan Hayes. After a rather tough play, Inazuma Japan's Fred Cardozo got a free kick in the 95th minute. England played a much better game than Inazuma Japan and deserved their victory. The Inazuma Japan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
