Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) France's Frank Peletier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Garth Brough scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxime Durand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Barbier made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Remy Dupuy. After a rather tough play, France's Jean Bombelles got a free kick in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Australian Youth Academy's Garth Brough slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maxime Durand. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. Australian Youth Academy's Ellis Hoskin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maxime Durand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Australian Youth Academy fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Australian Youth Academy's Ellis Hoskin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Remy Dupuy hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Garth Brough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxime Durand didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Maxime Durand was a little too slow when Garth Brough got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 5-0. Garth Brough who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Maxime Durand when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Garth Brough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Garth Brough could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Maxime Durand however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Garth Brough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Australian Youth Academy's Garth Brough. But to his dismay, Garth Brough quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Maxime Durand was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ellis Hoskin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 42 minute of play. Garth Brough hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After a good free kick, Garth Brough got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for France.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Garth Brough stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Garth Brough who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Garth Brough's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When Garth Brough came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Australian Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garth Brough couldn't finish the play. Australian Youth Academy's Garth Brough got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garth Brough took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camille Baume got free with Tom Riddle in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brown Haslett hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Brown Haslett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Australian Youth Academy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
