Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nicholas Latifi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 11th minute. Manfredo Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 15th minute SANTOS F.C were awarded a corner. Manfredo Bueno went to the cornerflag to take it. Balazs Lajos scored 1-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicholas Latifi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SANTOS F.C's Nicholas Latifi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Nicholas Latifi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when George Öfverman tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicholas Latifi saved SANTOS F.C from getting behind. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 32nd minute. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicholas Latifi having to make a save. Nicholas Latifi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Douglas Basso sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicholas Latifi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Latifi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manfredo Bueno was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo Bueno in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manfredo Bueno's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. SANTOS F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manfredo Bueno in the 63rd minute. After taking down the ball on SANTOS F.C's corner Manfredo Bueno fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicholas Latifi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicholas Latifi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Djalma Santos hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goalkeeper Nicholas Latifi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. 84 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Nicholas Latifi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Cruz struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SANTOS F.C. When George Öfverman fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SANTOS F.C's protests and gave George Öfverman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, SANTOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Öfverman to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SANTOS F.C throughout the match.
