Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Victor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hegedus Henrik's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Victor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Victor saved Esporte Clube Pilar from getting behind. If Bakos Endre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Major Barna made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Esporte Clube Pilar's Paulo Victor tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Esporte Clube Pilar's Paulo Victor. Paulo Victor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 minutes, Severino Vieira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esporte Clube Pilar and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Severino Vieira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Paulo Victor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Esporte Clube Pilar getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Nando Gerber hit a great ball. Nando Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 51st minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. In the 55th minute, Takacs Tibor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bautista Quintero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Bautista Quintero came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Victor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Severino Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 59th minute of play forced Esporte Clube Pilar's goalkeeper Paulo Victor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Paulo Victor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Pilar's goalkeeper Paulo Victor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 72nd minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Esporte Clube Pilar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Victor. Paulo Victor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The supporters of Hungary booed when Esporte Clube Pilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esporte Clube Pilar's Paulo Victor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Clube Pilar from getting a goal against them. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Major Barna hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, Esporte Clube Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Valadares to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Esporte Clube Pilar throughout the match.
