Fulgencio Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Castel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vicente Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Castel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Castel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Bastia charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Bastia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 26 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Castel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Desfachatados F.C.'s Vicente Castel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 40th minute of play. Antal Valentin scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Castel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vicente Castel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Desfachatados F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Balazs Lajos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Desfachatados F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Bastia to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Vicente Castel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desfachatados F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Balazs Lajos scored to the left of an out of position Vicente Castel, making the score, 0-4. 57 minutes into the match, Desfachatados F.C.'s goalkeeper Vicente Castel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Desfachatados F.C.'s Vicente Castel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Desfachatados F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 61 played minutes Desfachatados F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Cerilo. 62 minutes into the match, Major Barna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicente Castel, 0-5. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 64th minute. Desfachatados F.C. made a substitution. Sergio Uhin replaced Roberto Cerilo. In the 66th minute, Katona Janos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Vicente Castel in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Balazs Lajos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Vicente Castel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Desfachatados F.C. defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Castel. The Desfachatados F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Castel should have stopped the shot. Desfachatados F.C.'s Tomás Breogan was substituted for Benjamin Cambranes. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Vicente Castel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Felipe Platon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Antal Valentin scored 1-8 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Castel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
