The ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Ersen Bumba might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ersen Bumba ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ersen Bumba in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. The supporters of ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Adrian Dreifuss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ersen Bumba's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
