Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Major Barna took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narciso Frechoso. Narciso Frechoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tobias Geleberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Frechoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Velez sarsfield's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Balazs Lajos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 21st minute Qin Kun Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Tobias Geleberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 24th minute of play forced Velez sarsfield's goalkeeper Narciso Frechoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes Velez sarsfield's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Takacs Tibor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Narciso Frechoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 26 minutes, Takacs Tibor made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Velez sarsfield's Narciso Frechoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Narciso Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Qin Kun Xi might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Qin Kun Xi ran back to his position shaking his head. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qin Kun Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Geleberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Velez sarsfield got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Regis. In the 57th minute Fabio Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Qin Kun Xi came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Velez sarsfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Regis to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Narciso Frechoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 61st minute. Velez sarsfield's Narciso Frechoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Velez sarsfield from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Velez sarsfield's Narciso Frechoso got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 minutes Velez sarsfield's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A sloppy throw-in by Szekeres Tamas in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Velez sarsfield's Fabio Regis. Narciso Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 79th minute of play. After 80 minutes Velez sarsfield's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Geleberto's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qin Kun Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Hungary played a much better game than Velez sarsfield and deserved their victory. The Velez sarsfield players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
