An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 27th minute of play forced Motta Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aírton de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aírton de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 29th minute of the match.
