After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Gavilanes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Gavilanes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Mathias Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Caetano Moreira made a precise shot to the right of Mathias Gavilanes. NK Dubrava Zagreb's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Kazimir Pendo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kazimir Pendo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st match minute, NK Dubrava Zagreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tvrtko Urban to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Kazimir Pendo sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Tvrtko Urban in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kazimir Pendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Viriato Moura hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, NK Dubrava Zagreb's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Mathias Gavilanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when NK Dubrava Zagreb's Antun Zahora shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
