Jorginho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 14th minute of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Vaz having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Zachrisson in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 35th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Jorginho Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Portuguesa getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. 余霖正 hit a great ball. Jorginho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 任浩默 to strike the kick off in the second half. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. Jorginho Vaz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Antal Valentin. Jorginho Vaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 79 minute of play. Portuguesa's Silvério Bittencourt was substituted for Andreas Pirlo. Portuguesa made a substitution. David de Alcântara replaced Holger Zachrisson. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
