Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Pitman FC's Victoriano Iraunkor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gonzo Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 14th minute of play. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Timo in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzo Maradona. Pitman FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zaccheo Andolina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Italy's zone, Victoriano Iraunkor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal and Victoriano Iraunkor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonzo Maradona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonzo Maradona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Pitman FC's Gonzo Maradona. Gonzo Maradona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzo Maradona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Pitman FC's Albano Timo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 43 played minutes Pitman FC got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Elazar. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzo Maradona having to interfere. Gonzo Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Italy's Sigfrido Auletta in the 56th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Gonzo Maradona was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Pitman FC through an amazing save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 58th minute of play forced Pitman FC's goalkeeper Gonzo Maradona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 63rd minute Albano Timo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Gonzo Maradona in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Italy were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Pitman FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Porziano Marchitelli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gonzo Maradona quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With 73 minutes on the clock, Zena Busacca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Pitman FC. Albano Timo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Flavio Vittori. 2-3. Jacinto Godoy made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Albano Timo however managed to control. In the 80th minute, Albano Timo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pitman FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. 90 minutes into the match, Pitman FC's goalkeeper Gonzo Maradona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Porziano Marchitelli. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Heriberto in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Despite being the better team, Italy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
