Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, GÜMELİSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Vecdi Yurday reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, GÜMELİSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Vecdi Yurday reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a free kick in the 5th minute. Oğuzer Cesur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selçuk Durcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selçuk Durcan got free with Arnout Reekers in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Eikelkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 18th minute of play forced GÜMELİSPOR's goalkeeper Vecdi Yurday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexei Perju kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnout Reekers. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by GÜMELİSPOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. After 27 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexei Perju who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Hayati Koray heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 29 played minutes GÜMELİSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Gökcan Ünaldi. In the 30th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vecdi Yurday saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Selçuk Durcan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnout Reekers. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexei Perju, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday. Vecdi Yurday was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vecdi Yurday saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexei Perju took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Oğuzer Cesur made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in GÜMELİSPOR's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vecdi Yurday came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Vecdi Yurday made a huge save. With a little luck, GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55 minutes GÜMELİSPOR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Vecdi Yurday despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 58th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vecdi Yurday saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vecdi Yurday made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 65th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday. Vecdi Yurday was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the match, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vecdi Yurday narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after GÜMELİSPOR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Meesters in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vecdi Yurday saved GÜMELİSPOR from getting behind. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Vecdi Yurday threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 84th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. GÜMELİSPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzer Cesur in the 85th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GÜMELİSPOR! Vecdi Yurday had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Gijsbert ter Kruimer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Netherlands booed when GÜMELİSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, GÜMELİSPOR's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 93rd minute, Mathijn Doctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute of the match Alexei Perju shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnout Reekers showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, GÜMELİSPOR's Julian Uxio got a free kick in the 95th minute. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdi Yurday having to interfere. The GÜMELİSPOR support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
