Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Peletier started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Leontin Racoviceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 3rd minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Damian Şerb dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maxime Durand, 1-0. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Romania's Damian Şerb sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Damian Şerb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Şerb came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leontin Racoviceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remy Dupuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Damian Şerb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 30th minute Damian Şerb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Şerb. The Romania fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Romania's Damian Şerb looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. David Barbier hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The long shot by Manole Valerian in the 38th minute really tested Maxime Durand's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Leontin Racoviceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leontin Racoviceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 43rd minute of play. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Şerb to make the kick off. Damian Şerb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Damian Şerb cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Maxime Durand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 54th match minute, Romania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Ghinescu to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Şerb in the 61st minute of play. Ali Karstensen charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Karstensen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Romania getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ali Karstensen hit a great ball. France were furious when Quentin Beaux was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for France! The referee gave Romania a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ali Karstensen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of France's Maxime Durand. 4-0. In the 72nd minute, Damian Şerb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Damian Şerb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Romania's Damian Şerb in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal. Romania were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manole Valerian took the corner. After taking down the ball on Romania's corner Manole Valerian fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maxime Durand quite easily take care of the ball. In the 90th minute Camille Baume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Racoviceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Karstensen was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
