In the 6th minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Greger Fribäck. Real Salsa F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sancar Yağınalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Denmark's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Sancar Yağınalp scored to the left of an out of position Keld Paulsen, making the score, 1-1. Natalio Txeru struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Salsa F.C.. 24 minutes into the game, Natalio Txeru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denmark's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Natalio Txeru scored to the left of an out of position Keld Paulsen, making the score, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Natalio Txeru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 4-1 in the 32 minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenn Skou to maneuver through the defense. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Txeru in the 37th minute. Real Salsa F.C.'s Natalio Txeru got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancar Yağınalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Sancar Yağınalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Txeru came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Denmark booed when Real Salsa F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cumhur Savaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Salsa F.C. made a substitution. Ferenc Kocsis replaced Natalio Txeru. Real Salsa F.C.'s Kubu Cansever was substituted for Sancar Yağınalp. A collision led to Real Salsa F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Kubu Cansever hit a great ball. After 64 minutes of play, Real Salsa F.C.'s Ferenc Kocsis made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Davut Akadlı made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. When Real Salsa F.C.'s Ferenc Kocsis in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kubu Cansever's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Kocsis in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Ferenc Kocsis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Denmark's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abidin Buminhan was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Salsa F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Real Salsa F.C.'s Abidin Buminhan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Keld Paulsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Kocsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Greger Fribäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferenc Kocsis went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Kubu Cansever hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Denmark's Greger Fribäck threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chris Nygaard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kubu Cansever went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. 94 minutes into the game, Real Salsa F.C.'s Ximenes Oñatibia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1.
