Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Egun in the 22nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Jesus Egun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. In the 68th minute, Jesus Casado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by TalleresUnited's Jesus Casado. But to his dismay, Jesus Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Jesus Casado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilija Skugor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, TalleresUnited's Jesus Casado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ilija Skugor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Domazet kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Teo Gudelj's late challenge caught a TalleresUnited's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TalleresUnited had played much better football throughout.
