The MAFFIAN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Vallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Dahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 32nd minute of play. Rasmus Kilberg hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Vallin in the 37th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pete Sampras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Khalid Kennedy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Pete Sampras took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Khalid Kennedy to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pete Sampras was the one to do the kick off. Aron Dahlbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Issac Dawson in the 51st minute. After 53 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Skålberg. Micah Macdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Aron Dahlbom made a huge save. Patrik Zachrisson charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Zachrisson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Zachrisson to maneuver through the defense. MAFFIAN's Kristoffer Nyberg was substituted for Alf Säfström. MAFFIAN's Ragnar Törnkvist was substituted for Alex Vallin. Patrik Zachrisson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Aron Dahlbom made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Micah Macdonald sent off a good shot on target. Xavier Gallagher's late challenge caught a MAFFIAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavier Gallagher helped the player get up and apologised. Xavier Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Dahlbom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 69th minute, but Aron Dahlbom got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving MAFFIAN hanging dry this time. After 70 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Skålberg. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Dahlbom having to interfere. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Linberg in the 76th minute of play. Micah Macdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Aron Dahlbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Börje Frisk got a free kick in the 78th minute. MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 79th minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MAFFIAN reached it. In the 94th minute, Eddie Willis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börje Frisk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Khalid Kennedy. England's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MAFFIAN had won after a very even match.
