The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Nacho Figueroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nacho Figueroa got free with Tommy Kahn in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lost In Sound's goalkeeper Asdrubal Martínez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mauricio Rienda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Asdrubal Martínez having to make a save. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asdrubal Martínez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Lost In Sound's Asdrubal Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Valentino Adán recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Valentino Adán showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After having played for 46 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nacho Figueroa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 54 minutes, Janik Vogt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Lost In Sound players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lost In Sound booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nacho Figueroa in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. A very good chance. Mauricio Rienda struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lost In Sound. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Figueroa in the 67th minute of play. Frank Sachs in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Asdrubal Martínez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 73 minutes into the match, Lost In Sound's goalkeeper Asdrubal Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs.
