Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Grêmio Prudente's Edson Ribeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Grigore in the 3rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Grigore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Lucrețiu Grigore made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Lucrețiu Grigore did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Tommy Kahn 10 minutes into the match. Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Lucrețiu Grigore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio Prudente fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Quinto Fonticoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 19th minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Grigore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 21st minute. Edson Ribeiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 26th playminute. 32 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Quinto Fonticoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Grêmio Prudente's Lucrețiu Grigore was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edson Ribeiro got free with Tommy Kahn in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 minutes, Chris Mergenthaler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Grêmio Prudente players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. After 57 minutes Grêmio Prudente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. 60 minutes into the game, Edson Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 65th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 74th minute of play. When Vicente Pedroso came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Grêmio Prudente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Pedroso couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Edson Ribeiro notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Carlos Puyol hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Albin Holweck's late challenge caught a Grêmio Prudente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Holweck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Grêmio Prudente players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
