A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute Arrebimba o Malho SLB were awarded a corner. Angelo Quintela went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Avantas Jado managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet as Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Hao Fan Yong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Maxim Tilea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Man Fish made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 21st minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Fan Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Man Fish prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Man Fish played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 34th minute of play. Vladimir Vrabie hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Fan Yong, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Viriato Moura put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Man Fish. In the 45th minute, Felipe Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Man Fish took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Man Fish. Felipe Barreto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Man Fish made a huge save. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Man Fish having to make a save. Felipe Barretos short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Man Fish to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Joga Tana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Amorim. Portugal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Portugal's Rodolfo Miranda to fire away a dangerous shot which Man Fish despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 78th minute, Felipinho Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Man Fish. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. When Angelo Quintela came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Quintela couldn't finish the play. Man Fish made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Hao Fan Yong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Quintela in the 87th minute of the match. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Fan Yong in the 89th minute of play. If Bartolomeu Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
