Fabrício Antas's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrício Antas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Spartak das Kaldas getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fabrício Antas hit a great ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Almeida in the 37th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Spartak das Kaldas's Hélder Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 68th minute of play. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Sidónio Calheiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélder Matias having to make a save. In the 88th minute of the game Fabrício Antas made a throw-in which Juvenal Sanches played forward. Sidónio Calheiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
