Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kliment Frontovs short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Béla Simon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Béla Simon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Kliment Frontov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edelényi Bányász's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Kliment Frontov kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Béla Simon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 17th minute of play. Hegedus Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Márton Baló got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice moves Márton Baló could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Fodor Daniel however easily saved by the left post. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Béla Simon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Béla Simon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Edelényi Bányász was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iván Cordoba to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Béla Simon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Valentin in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Béla Simon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 42 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Kliment Frontov sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balazs Lajos in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Béla Simon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kliment Frontov was the one to do the kick off. Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Edelényi Bányász from getting a goal against them. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Béla Simon made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Balazs Lajos sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Béla Simon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Béla Simon was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-2. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 played minutes Edelényi Bányász got a freekick which was hit by Márton Szusza. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kliment Frontov, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Antal Valentin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Béla Simon having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Kliment Frontov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Béla Simon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Edelényi Bányász from getting a goal against them. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Béla Simon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Béla Simon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Katona Janos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kliment Frontov in the 91st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary played a much better game than Edelényi Bányász and deserved their victory. The Edelényi Bányász players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
