With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Cóndor Football Club's Felix Platon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cóndor Football Club's Martin Sanson got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelmiro Beat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Cóndor Football Club's goalkeeper Evaristo Sabino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Beat in the 89th minute of play. The Cóndor Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
