Ermanno Testi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Roberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. England were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Villadeatese FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Micah Macdonald took the corner. England's Micah Macdonald was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dino Roberto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Villadeatese FC's Bernardo Cameli got a free kick in the 11th minute. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Dino Gazza sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Roberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Roberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Cameli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Villadeatese FC's Khalid Kennedy threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernesto Scevola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 23rdth minute of the game Dino Gazza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but England's Khalid Kennedy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 minutes, Temel Adıvar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villadeatese FC and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Temel Adıvar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Kyle Cox came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Gazza in the 27th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villadeatese FC were furious when Ermanno Testi was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Dino Roberto had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Micah Macdonald's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dino Roberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Bernardo Cameli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dino Roberto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kyle Cox went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute, Temel Adıvar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Gallagher. Micah Macdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Temel Adıvar made the kick off in the second half. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Gazza in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, England's Issac Dawson got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute Dino Gazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dino Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 60th minute of the match. Kyle Cox might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino Roberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kyle Cox ran back to his position shaking his head. Kyle Cox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Villadeatese FC's goalkeeper Dino Roberto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Micah Macdonald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The England fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. England's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
