Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erik Jilek kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Redouane Loux tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Anatole Duchâtel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Redouane Loux took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marcel Bourdel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Pierre-Olivier Couronne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Rezek, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Daniel Vitek got a free kick in the 21st minute. Redouane Loux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anatole Duchâtel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Redouane Loux in the 28th minute. Svatopluk Capek kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Daniel Vitek charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Vitek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Planète Marseille booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Vitek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Planète Marseille's Marcel Bourdel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Planète Marseille reached it. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Planète Marseille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mourad Bobet didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Jilek in the 41st minute of play forced Planète Marseille's goalkeeper Pierre-Olivier Couronne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Redouane Loux made the kick off in the second half. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Redouane Loux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anatole Duchâtel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Planète Marseille's Anatole Duchâtel got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatole Duchâtel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Redouane Loux in the 68th minute of play. Erik Jilek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Pierre-Olivier Couronne made a huge save. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Planète Marseille getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Benjamin Plancke hit a great ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Redouane Loux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Planète Marseille's supporters crossed their fingers, but Redouane Loux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatole Duchâtel in the 85th minute of the match. When Anatole Duchâtel came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Planète Marseille fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anatole Duchâtel couldn't finish the play. Planète Marseille walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
