Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. Ulf Burger-Heidger hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The supporters of Netherlands booed when YugiPeeK ✈ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Ballas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Beike in the 11th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 22nd minute of play forced YugiPeeK ✈'s goalkeeper Harro Meier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after YugiPeeK ✈'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Harro Meier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. György Anlohse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. György Anlohse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 40th minute of play forced YugiPeeK ✈'s goalkeeper Harro Meier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernd Beike stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harro Meier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kostas Kourtis went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernd Beike, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Bernd Beike cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Harro Meier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 74th minute. After a defensive mix-up in YugiPeeK ✈'s zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harro Meier came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Harro Meier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harro Meier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute, Silvio Honesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from György Anlohse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Harro Meier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Harro Meier in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 97th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because YugiPeeK ✈ had won, even though Netherlands had held more of the ball.
