Preslav Chernaev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Хан Крум Страшни's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Хан Крум Страшни's Preslav Chernaev did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Preslav Chernaev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Preslav Chernaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Preslav Chernaev. Preslav Chernaev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Major Barna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Preslav Chernaev. Хан Крум Страшни's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Хан Крум Страшни's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Preslav Chernaev came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Yanko Kenanov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Preslav Chernaev having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Preslav Chernaev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Balazs Lajos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 52 minute of play. A collision led to Хан Крум Страшни getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Viktor Beykov hit a great ball. In the 56th minute of the match Antal Valentin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Preslav Chernaev skillfully saved the ball. Preslav Chernaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Preslav Chernaev. That made the score 0-5 after 60 minutes of play. Preslav Chernaev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 66th minute of the match. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Хан Крум Страшни made a substitution. Stanko Dosholov replaced Marian Klimentov. 73 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Stanko Dosholov came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Preslav Chernaev in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Хан Крум Страшни's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Хан Крум Страшни were furious when Viktor Beykov was red carded, 82 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After having played for 85 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Preslav Chernaev in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 minutes Хан Крум Страшни's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Хан Крум Страшни's Preslav Chernaev managed to reach the ball for a save. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preslav Chernaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary played a much better game than Хан Крум Страшни and deserved their victory. The Хан Крум Страшни players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
