The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Aimar was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes Deuce Athletic Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Leopoldo Ospin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Hegedus Henrik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Leopoldo Ospin made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Major Barna could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Leopoldo Ospin however easily saved by the left post. Deuce Athletic Club's Leopoldo Ospin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Deuce Athletic Club from getting a goal against them. Many of Hungary's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hungary may have spent more time on the ball, but Deuce Athletic Club were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
