Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Sachs made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Redouane Ledig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Étoile du Sud fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 11th minute Daryl Cottineau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Bony made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 18th minute, Janik Vogt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabri Bony breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martien Zwart was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabri Bony read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Étoile du Sud's Noël Chamayou slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-2 after 33 minutes of play. After 39 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabri Bony was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daryl Cottineau, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Étoile du Sud's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Barthélémy Jardin in the 51st minute. After the first half Germany were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Noël Chamayou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Noël Chamayou scored 3-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dan Vert hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Étoile du Sud's Barthélémy Jardin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 69th minute of play forced Étoile du Sud's goalkeeper Sabri Bony to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Noël Chamayou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Sabri Bony made a huge save. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. Redouane Ledig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noël Chamayou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Étoile du Sud's Redouane Ledig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Étoile du Sud's Noël Chamayou. But to his dismay, Noël Chamayou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. With a little luck, Étoile du Sud's Sabri Bony got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-4 when Frank Sachs sped through Étoile du Sud's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sabri Bony. In the 98th minute, Noël Chamayou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Étoile du Sud were the better team. Étoile du Sud's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
