After some careless play in the Germany defense, Terry Peysson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. David Wilmink hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, John-Paul Marquant had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John-Paul Marquant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 12 minutes into the match, Green Madness's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Marcelino Flor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Green Madness's La Škarpa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willy Stieler in the 16 minute of the game. La Škarpa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Terry Peysson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 21st playminute. Green Madness's attentive La Škarpa managed to snatch the ball when Willy Stieler made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Green Madness's John-Paul Marquant nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when John-Paul Marquant sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Green Madness booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. John-Paul Marquant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terry Peysson struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Madness. In the 55th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. John-Paul Marquant might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John-Paul Marquant ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when John-Paul Marquant came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John-Paul Marquant took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute of the match David Wilmink sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maël Colombet in the 74th minute of play. Maël Colombet scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Green Madness's Terry Peysson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Green Madness's Terry Peysson in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94th minute, Terry Peysson made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Green Madness fully deserved thier win.
