Denmark's attentive Mathias Ludvigsen managed to snatch the ball when Sergije Doknić made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Fernan Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Inguma. 23 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Raymon came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Lleir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Chorche made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fernan Santana immediately put the ball in play. In the 29th minute, Efe Reşat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Steen in the 31st minute of play forced Viper Futbol Club's goalkeeper Angelino Lleir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Angelino Lleir. Viper Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernan Santana in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 41st managed to get into a good position. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viper Futbol Club.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Viper Futbol Club defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelino Lleir. The Viper Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelino Lleir should have stopped the shot. After having played for 56 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 minutes of play, Viper Futbol Club's Fernan Santana made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Inguma, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of Viper Futbol Club booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Steen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Steen hit a great ball. The Viper Futbol Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Denmark's performance. The match ended with a win for Denmark.
