Tadeo Distiratsu came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marciano Christobal hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Kees Mooiweer in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jarana FC's Eulalio Jakes. Tadeo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Cordearo got free with Arnout Reekers in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Jarana FC's Vergaray Largacha got a free kick in the 47th minute. Jarana FC made a substitution. Perry Dogo replaced Fabian Cordearo. After 48 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jarana FC! The Jarana FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
