Connor Wright didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Connor Wright showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Messenger to maneuver through the defense. Hungary's Antal Valentin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barr Point. After 18 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Connor Wright was left in no man's land by his defense there! Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Connor Wright having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Connor Wright was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Connor Wright made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Connor Wright showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barr Point's goalkeeper Connor Wright, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Street got free with Fodor Daniel in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Valentin scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Connor Wright, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connor Wright showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Major Barna in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Connor Wright prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

In the 55th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Messenger to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Hegedus Henrik hit a great ball. Barr Point's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Grant Aldridge in the 69th minute. Grant Aldridge made a great header on Barr Point's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from CJ Street in the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goalkeeper Connor Wright had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Kev Granger kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Connor Wright made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 80th minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Street, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Hegedus Henrik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Connor Wright made a huge save. Nathanial Alsford's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nathanial Alsford helped the player get up and apologised. Nathanial Alsford hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The supporters of Barr Point booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Connor Wright read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Major Barna scored 0-5 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Connor Wright, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 92 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Connor Wright managed to make a qualified save. Barr Point's players were relieved. 97 minutes into the game, CJ Street was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barr Point's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After 98 played minutes Barr Point got a freekick which was hit by CJ Street. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Connor Wright read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
