A very good chance. After 13 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Maurer. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuele Kunz in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 巩宇夕 saved 中联梦幻 FC from getting behind. When 何凡耀 came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the 中联梦幻 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 何凡耀 couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Timo Siegmund hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the game, Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 巩宇夕 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by 叶威崇 in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Switzerland's Timo Siegmund. The audience thought a goal was coming when 何凡耀 got free with Hias Nüssli in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, 中联梦幻 FC's 秦磊谦 got a free kick in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hias Nüssli came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by 中联梦幻 FC's 曾岩政. But to his dismay, 曾岩政 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 88th minute 曾岩政 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Switzerland players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
