In the 21stth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herta Budino's Fortunato Sangermano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fortunato Sangermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Rinaldi in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Herta Budino's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Fortunato Sangermano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Sangermano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Sangermano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Italy booed when Herta Budino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Grosso didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nino Galfrè during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Herta Budino's Fortunato Sangermano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 38th minute of play. Fortunato Sangermano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Italy's Zaccheo Andolina in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Davide Rinaldi made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Sangermano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herta Budino's Deng Ling Xu was substituted for Harry Potter. 66 minutes into the match, Herta Budino's goal looked a bit too open when Siricio Liotta came free, but Fortunato Sangermano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortunato Sangermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siricio Liotta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fortunato Sangermano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Herta Budino.
