The supporters of Netherlands booed when FC Muuga United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Di Natale didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Muuga United's Laur Pererahu got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janar Taelma in the 90th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes managed to work through FC Muuga United's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wim Wilmes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Netherlands's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Muuga United had won, even though Netherlands had held more of the ball.
