Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 秦梁兴 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Péter Luňák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 秦梁兴 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Monte De Toro came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Elliot Jönsätt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Elliot Jönsätt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 36 played minutes IBRA MIN BROR BK got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Nilsson. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. 秦梁兴 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of IBRA MIN BROR BK booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes, Péter Luňák mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IBRA MIN BROR BK and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute Monte De Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
