Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Concetto Chelodi kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Everton Cebollero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edwin Almodovar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 25th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edward Vanderstraeten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edwin Almodovar was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Chelodi in the 30th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin Almodovar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's Everton Cebollero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edwin Almodovar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Vanderstraeten to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Esquadrão Lusitano's zone, Yves Dervaux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Almodovar came out of the goal and Yves Dervaux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edwin Almodovar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Concetto Chelodi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Siebe Michiels could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Edwin Almodovar made a huge save. After 77 minutes Esquadrão Lusitano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Vanderstraeten who took care of the corner kick. 82 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Figueira came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper Edwin Almodovar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yves Dervaux. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yves Dervaux got free with Edwin Almodovar in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Everton Cebollero came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
