A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Arnoldo Ferrando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Keld Paulsen had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Ramon Urtats's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Denmark's Lars Steen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Baldomero Rocendo, made in the 90th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute Generoso Iban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes, Chris Nygaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Nygaard didn't get a good kick on the ball.
